No third party interference is allowed and hence there is no question of collecting any information from third party from our website. Information Shrutisagar Ashram (Phulgaon) Obtains from Third Parties: Presently website is not collecting Devotee information from third party. Only in case of Payment Gateway, the bank (who so ever provides the payment gateway facilitiess for online transaction) collects very critical information like Credit card or debit card number, Internet banking login details, Expiry date of credit card or debit card, Credit card or debit card holders name, amount deducted from their credit or debit account and any other relevant information which is required for online transaction. This information collected by payment gateway facility provider and this information along with your contact information is stored with payment gateway facility provider. Shrutisagar Ashram (Phulgaon) stores only your contact information and amount you donate or pay for various facilities or products. The payment gateway facility provider sends the transaction number to Shrutisagar Ashram (Phulgaon) website on completion of payment procedure along with status of transaction (like success, cancel or error).
On Successful transaction of payment: In case of successful transaction of payment for online store purchase the Devotee will be given a unique acknowledgement ID. The details will also be informed via email and text message on the email id and mobile number provided by Devotee. Devotee needs to use acknowledgement ID for all future references with Shrutisagar Ashram (Phulgaon). The amount will be deducted from Devotee’s respective bank and credited in the account of Shrutisagar Ashram (Phulgaon) account. The Devotee will get necessary entry in their passbook or bank statement directly from their bank.
On Failure of transaction of payment: Once Devotee navigates to payment gateway for making payment, entry for same will be stored with us. Devotee enters financial details in payment gateway and none of these details are stored with us. Only the final confirmation provided by payment gateway is stored.
2.2 Use of the Shrutisagar Ashram (Phulgaon) Website by persons under age 18
This website is collecting payment for various online facilities. It is not intended for use by anyone under the age of eighteen (18), and any individual under such age should not provide us with Personally Identifiable Information. - Terms and conditions for online book shop facility
Shrutisagar Ashram (Phulgaon) has a facility for the devotees to purchase various books published by Shrutisagar Ashram (Phulgaon), Photographs , Audio and Video Cassettes/CDs/DVDs etc.
- Devotee can purchase limited number of items in one transaction.
- Postal charges are applicable on each of the item purchased from online book store.
- All items will be sold in INR only.
- Ordered items will be sent by registered post address. It will take minimum 60 days to deliver the books.
- All the items will be delivered to shipping address, provide at the time of purchase.
- Change in profile address will not change shipping address.
- Note- Book Shop facilities are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Refund Policy
- Online Book store facilities are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Final decision regarding any complaint about refund lies with Shrutisagar Ashram (Phulgaon).
